These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website https://indiapcmart.com (“Website”) and the products and services offered by INDIAPCMART / Friends International (“INDIAPCMART”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases of software license keys sold through indiapcmart.com. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

2. Digital Product Nature

• We primarily sell digital software Serial Keys.
• Keys are delivered via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• No physical CD, box, or printed manual is shipped unless specifically requested.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of GST (unless otherwise stated).

3. Payment & Pricing

• Prices are those applicable at the time of order acceptance.
• We reserve the right to modify prices before order acceptance.
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct and notify you before delivery.
• Payment must be completed before delivery.
• We reserve the right to verify payment details before order acceptance.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only in the following cases:

• Payment made but key not delivered due to technical error.
• License key not working (within 4 days of purchase, excluding typing mistakes).
• Incorrect key delivered due to company changes.

Except for the above cases, no refund or exchange will be granted under any circumstances.

5. Delivery (Soft Keys)

• Delivery is digital only.
• Keys are delivered to your registered Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• If delivery fails due to our system error, refund may be processed after 4 days.
• You are responsible for verifying your contact details.

If you fail to accept delivery or provide incorrect details, risk passes to you and we may still claim payment.

6. Title to Serial Key

Ownership of the Serial Key passes to you only after full payment is received in our bank account.

7. Complaints

You must report non-delivery, defective or invalid Serial Keys within 3 (Three) days of delivery. Failure to notify us in writing within this period may result in loss of claim rights.

8. Liability

Under no circumstances shall indiapcmart.com or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your order in case of:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Non-payment
• Bankruptcy or inability to pay debts

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless indiapcmart.com against any claims arising from misuse of the products purchased.

11. Notices

All communications must be made in writing via email or official contact details provided on our Website.

12. General Terms

• If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
• These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and indiapcmart.com.
• You may not transfer your rights without written consent.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

13. Cancellation Policy

indiapcmart.com believes in assisting customers fairly. However, due to the digital nature of products, cancellation is only possible before key delivery. Once delivered, cancellation is not permitted except under the refund conditions mentioned above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be exclusively with courts located in New Delhi, India.
