1. Digital Products (Software, Antivirus, License Keys)
Digital products such as software serial keys, antivirus licenses, activation codes, and downloadable items CANNOT be returned once delivered.
- No return, refund, or cancellation once the serial key/code has been delivered via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Refund may be considered only if the soft key has been hacked, misused, or proven technically invalid (subject to verification).
- Refund requests must be made before delivery for cancellation eligibility.
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours AND the key has not yet been delivered, cancellation may be considered.
If you experience any issue with a delivered digital product, please contact our support team for resolution. We will investigate and provide technical assistance where applicable.
2. Physical Products (Computers, Spare Parts, Accessories)
Physical products are eligible for return or refund ONLY under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product is unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of defect (photos/videos) is provided.
Return Procedure for Physical Products:
- Email your complaint to [email protected] with Order ID and issue details.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
- After inspection and verification, refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Refund Discretion Clause
indiapcmart.com reserves the right to refund any order at its discretion, with or without documentation, under appropriate circumstances.
- Refund requests before product delivery may be considered.
- Orders already executed and delivered (serial code sent) are not eligible for cancellation.
4. Refund Method
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Refunds (if approved) will be credited only to the original payment method/account used during purchase.
5. Zero Return Policy Clarification
As a general policy, indiapcmart.com follows a zero return and refund policy, especially for digital goods. Exceptions apply only under the specific circumstances mentioned above.
