1. Shipping Policy – Physical Products

All physical products listed on the website will be delivered within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the delivery location and product category.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, and product availability.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • Delays due to courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

2. Delivery Timeline – Digital Products

All digital products (software serial keys, license codes, etc.) are delivered within a few minutes after successful payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is made via registered Email ID, SMS, or WhatsApp provided at checkout.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30–60 minutes due to payment gateway confirmation delays.

3. Non-Delivery or Delay
